How it works

Warmth from the Lithos heated Rock instruments can help to open the skin's pores encouraging the release of toxins and to emulsify the products, allowing for deeper penetration of active ingredients. The chilled Lithos Rocks can be used to calm and sooth skin by reducing redness, swelling and sensitive skin after extractions and waxing. This anti-inflammatory effect is ideal for clients with acne or psoriasis. The pumping effect in the vascular system caused by the contrasting temperatures helps to strengthen the capillary walls. Using the Rocks as massage instruments also stimulates the lymphatic system which helps to drain toxic build up.

The combined use of heated and chilled Rocks can also help to reduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyes. Lithos Therapy's range of small Rocks are designed to warm in between the toes, elevating an ordinary pedicure to a unique sensory experience.
